Free Grok Bot skill · runs on your own computer

See your whole bot fleet at a glance, and spend tokens on purpose.

Fleet Control is a dashboard your Grok Bot builds and runs for you. It shows what each bot costs per reply, which fresh starts pay off, how the week is pacing, and a task queue for every bot that you can drag into order.

01 What it does

One page that makes the token decisions easy

Tokens per reply, per bot

Long chats get re-read on every reply. You see each bot's cost, and what a fresh start would save, ranked by payoff.

The week at a glance

Used so far, included vs on-demand, an end-of-week forecast, spike alerts and idle bots. Drop in your usage export and every number turns real. Each one says if it's real, an estimate or an example.

Task queues you can drag

Reorder a bot's tasks and it gets the change in seconds: Saving, Saved, Synced. It can even wake the bot, and shows the token cost first.

Usage savers

Fresh starts with handoff notes, free scripts that wake a bot only when something changes, a daily budget and a bug-fix reserve.

Private by default

It runs on your bot's computer and reads chat sizes read-only. Nothing is uploaded unless you ask for phone access.

Phone access, optional

Say "put my dashboard online" and your bot sets up a free Cloudflare page that only your email can open, with a one-time code.

03 Install

Three steps, about two minutes

  1. Download the kit

Get fleet-control-kit.zip using the button above.

  2. Give it to your Grok Bot as a skill

Send the zip to your bot and say: install this as a skill. It's a normal skill folder with a SKILL.md.

  3. Say "set up the fleet dashboard"

Your bot builds it, starts it and opens it on its computer. To show your own bots instead of the examples, it maps their names once.

Want it on your phone?

Say put my dashboard online. Your bot does the whole Cloudflare setup on the free plan. You do three small things when it asks: sign in to (or create) a free Cloudflare account, approve the connection, and type the code Cloudflare emails you. Only your email can open the page.
